Weasley is Our King. What do you know? It's Ron Weasley! Yes, I know, it's about time! I had drawn solo pictures of Harry and Hermione positively ages ago, and have neglected the third member of the trio for long enough. This drawing gave me problems right off, and this here is actually the second attempt. The fist came out right awful, trust me, and was properly scrapped. I let a week go by so that I could better formulate the image in my head and looked at photos of orchestra conductors for reference on the hands. Oh, right, in case you don't know this is Ron from book 6, The Half Blood Prince, where he plays an excellent game of Quidditch and the crowd literally sings is praises and he conducts them from on high. I'm very happy with how well this one turned out, especially after having a false start and all. My one big problem is that one foot looks sort of twisted and maybe his legs seem short, but that I'm blaming on faulty foreshortening, as always.
