What's Opera, Doc? So I say, "What's Opera, Doc?" and you all say, "huh?" 'What's Opera, Doc?" is the foremost brilliant Chuck Jones cartoon ever. It has a perfect joining of writer Mike Maltese, background designer Maurice Noble, and the director Chuck Jones. I recently purchased the Looney Tunes Golden Collection Volume 2 which contains this classic cartoon. Basically, I've been watching it practically daily since I got it, and now felt compelled to produce this homage. We've got Elmer Fudd with his lovely magic helmet and Bug Bunny decked out as Brunhilda, in a ridiculous ballet sequence. I felt that this scene from the cartoon pretty well demonstrated what it was all about (besides the music) and thought I'd give it a go. I think it came out really well. Their faces look real good and I'm rather pleased with their legs as well. Bugs's body is a little more elongated than it should be, but other than that, I love it.
