Starla is one of said Agents, and she's holding her ultimate weapon, the star stick, so she's ready to kick some ass. And presumably in this picture the ass in question is connected to those mischievous tentacle-like thingies, which were created courtesy of a brush I downloaded from In Obscuro (maker of fine Adobe Photoshop 7 compatible brushes!). What, you expected me to actually DRAW a monster in the background? You don't know me at all, do you? I am mighty pleased with how the hand holding the star stick turned out. That is one of my finer hands, there. I also like her outfit, which I designed by the way. I dig girls in black and buckles. Just sayin'. I am rather disappointed that some of my finer colouring details didn't come through once the image was reduced in size for web-ability. She is supposed to have a light brushing of purple eyeshadow and there is a swirl in the center of the star of a different shade of yellow, both of which are practically nonexistent in this version. Oh well. The character's creator, the infamous Jimmy Misanthrope gave it his official approval, so that makes me happy.
