As the World Falls Down. Hey, check it out; new Labyrinth fan art! This is, of course, Jennifer Connelly as Sarah during the fantasy ball sequence during which David Bowie sings "As the World Falls Down" (hence the title, genius). I know, I keep on teasing about doing a Jareth pic, but nothing doing. I experimented with some new colouring techniques for this one and it probably took me four hours, all told, start to finish. This is pencils only, no inks, then coloured in Adobe 7, this time with real colour and not just grey scale like I have been doing. I wasn't sure how she'd turn out, but she looks pretty good. Definitely more Jen-looking than in "Fairytale Friends." I had such a tough time with her jewelry and boy do I hate how her necklace came out, so don't look at it. Instead, look at her gorgeous face, yes. This one's dedicated to Jen and Cujunga!
