Alexis. Created this one for 0utsp0k3n Blends, the Alexis Desinof challenge. So I was bored, want to fight about it? For this blend I combined some of my old techniques and some new ones. These images were both already in grey scale when I got them from The Buffy Guide, so then I played around with the color balance, and wound up with 48 on blue and 18 on green. In case you couldn't tell, I basically blended them using transparencies (like always), but the spot where Alexis in coat overlapped with Alexis in black shirt looked weird, so I manually colored a little, and then drew the light outline around Alexis in coat. Then I created a rectangle and used the scan lines fill in it, put it on top of the blend and made it transparent. Lastly typed out "Alexis" in the UnivrstyRoman Bd BT font. It was fun to try out some new ideas, like outlining the Alexis in coat image. It looks pretty decent. I'm not "wowed" by it or anything, but it's pretty good.
