Delirium and Butterflies. This blend was created for the Viewers Choice challenge at 0utsp0k3n Blends. I somehow got the idea in my head to do another Endless inspired one, and after not finding anything I could work with for a Death/Dream blend, I settled for Delirium. Yes, admittedly I went a little crazy with the cheese whiz here. I basically got two Delirium pin-ups from Here and the little butterfly .gif from Here. I blended the two images together and added four or five of the blue butterflies to it. Then I cut out some of the butterflies from the left image and put them on the right image. I combined the whole thing to a bitmap and edited it in Corel Photo-Paint 11. Yes, I used a heck of a lot of bushes on it and I'm not sure how I feel about that. I usually shy away from brushes, but the left image already had a lot of brush work going on and the right hand one didn't, so I thought it'd blend them better. Then to cap it off, I put a canvas texture over all of it. I don't know... too texture-y maybe? Delirium is typed in the BerhardMod BT font and I thought it'd look cute to put one of those butterflies with a drop shadow over it in the corner, to look as though a real butterfly decided to rest there. It's pretty artsy and completely different from what I usually do and because of that I suppose I like it, but I'm still really undecided.
