Fashion Fiends. What have we here? Why it's the infamous Fashion Club of Lawndale High from Mtv's Daria (from left to right, Stacy, Sandi, Tiffany, and Quinn)! I will admit right up front that this concept is NOT 100% original, but based loosely on a similar work by fan-favourite Daria fan-artist Lilliane Grenier. About three years ago I stumbled upon Outpost-Daria and saw a great sketch she did of the Fashion Club crowding a mirror. I recently got back into Daria, wanted to do fan art, but couldn't get that sketch out of my mind, even though I hadn't seen it in ages. I drew this and looked up Grenier, and was quite surprised to see how similar our Sandis turned out! Grenier's work has much better body language and composition than mine, but I think mine holds up okay. They all look like themselves, with the possible exception of Sandi, there. Also, continuity snobs will notice that Stacy and Sandi are wearing their EARLY outfits and Tiffany and Quinn are in their LATER clothes. I just drew the ones I liked the best is all.
