Tolleson Darkhorse. So, this request came in: "would you please draw my Dungeons & Dragons character?" Like I'm about to turn down a request like that! I used to enjoy a bit of the ol' D&D myself back in the day and took great joy in drawing the characters. I'm out of practice on it, but I think I've really come a long way on designing a medieval fantasy outfit. I took portions of inspiration from actual historically accurate costuming pieces as well as from fantasy films and the paintings of Joseph Michael Linsner. I like how most of the colouring turned out, particularly the cape lining, and I just dig the buckle straps on the front of her boots and leather jerkin.
