Someone had recommended that I render Famine as a morbidly obese pony of Volstagg the Voluminous proportions, but I decided to go with the idea of horrifyingly skinny instead. I just felt the ultra thin version better personifies the idea of famine is all. And look, she's so thin, she can't grow a mane, the poor love. The thought behind that was how people with eating disorders and whatnot can develop issues with their hair coming out, you know, by the handful.
