Angel's Little Angel. More Gargoyle fan-art goodness! The theme for The Monthly Gargoyles Art Contest November 2009 is "Gargoyles: 10 Years later," meaning draw a "where are they now" sort of thing, since it's about ten years after the show aired. I believe that the character Angela (above) would have taken Broadway as her life-mate (since they had been a couple at the show's end) and eventually had a child. The contest rules stated that at least one canon character be in the picture, and since I totally stink at drawing too many characters in the same scene, I thought having her lovingly hold a baby who had Broadway attributes (the row of head points, the scalloped ears) would make the point without beating you senseless with it. Eeven if you don't get the idea of whose baby it is, just the fact that there is a baby at all places the picture "post-broadcast," so either way, it works. I'm currently working on inking and colouring it before entering it in the contest.
