Sydney. I made this one just for fun. Just a quickie here, as I had about an hour or so to kill. I got these images from an Alias Fansite, so thanks to them for that. So, yeah, this one's fairly simple. Two images layered and blended using transparencies. Converted it into one bitmap and added the wind effect. Then put a colored rectangle on top and turned it about 65% transparent. Wrote "Sydney" in the bottom right in the Van Dijk font with the line under it in the same color as the transparent rectangle to tie it all together. That's it. I know such a simple thing shouldn't have taken an hour, but I was playing around with various effects until I found what I liked. It's not super fancy or anything, but I liked the way the images blended so I kept it.
