1. 7 villains in Spider-man's rogues gallery should be easy as pie for someone even only a teeny bit comics savvy: Doctor Octopus, The Scorpion, Green Goblin, Hobgoblin, The Lizard, Electro, Kraven the Hunter, and there are still many more!

2. 8 super heroes/villains and their non-costumed alter-egos should be another easy one: Batman=Bruce Wayne, The Hulk=Dr. Bruce Banner, Mr. Fantastic=Reed Richards, The Lizard=Dr. Curt Connors, Deathstroke the Terminator=Slade Wilson, The Punisher=Frank Castle, Spider-man=Peter Parker, Catwoman=Selina Kyle. There see how easy that was?

3. If you've ever read a comic that wasn't originally published in the USA then you've indeed broadened your comics horizon just that much, and are that much more the geek for it.

4. The term "Pre-crisis" is in reference to the DC event "Crisis on Infinite Earths" which spanned ALL comics published by DC and changed characters and their origins for ever. So if you're referring to an event or character before that major storyline, it is called Pre-Crisis. Only someone familiar with comics for several decades or a good-sized geek would know that.

5. 8 super heroes who have been members of the Avengers should also be easy, seeing as to how many of the heroes in the Marvel comics have served a term at some point. Example: The Beast, Captain America, The Scarlet Witch, Thor, Hercules, The Wasp, The Hulk, Ms Marvel

6. Ok, when Spider-man #1 came out it was a big deal! There were multiple covers available, one in regular 4 color and another silver edition. Fans went crazy-nuts and mailed away for special ones autographed by the artist Todd McFarlene. If you were one of these nuts, then congrats, you're a geek at heart.

7. Ah, Stan "The Man" Lee. He created many of Marvel's most famous and popular characters such as the Fantastic Four , The X-men, and the Avengers. Bow down before him!!

8. Only a real collector would have this many comics, and a serious geek.

9. You'd have to be pretty into that comic to take it personally when they cancelled it.

10. The 4 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michaelangello, you ninny.

11. Owning an Overstreet pricing guide makes you an official devotee.

12. Go on admit it! It's OK, we won't judge you here.

13. The Official Handbook to the Marvel Universe and the Who's Who in the DC Universe were sort of reference material comic books. Available for those of you who are that much of a geek to want to know every single hero and villain origin ever and of course the layout to the X-Mansion and Batcave.

14. The award-winning Watchmen miniseries is regarded as one of the finest comics ever printed. I've even heard of certain college courses making it required reading. Any collector worth his salt would know.

15. Wonder Woman and her golden lariat. And the bracelet binding! My heavens! Caring enough to look below the surface...

16. Death as a cute and perky gothette is in reference to the famous Sandman series by Neil Gaiman. Anyone serious about comics would know this.

17. Wanting to read a comic, but also worrying about its condition and value are the traits of a geek indeed.

18. Any geek would be able to tell you that Amazing Fantasy #15 contains the first appearance of Spider-Man and is therefore worth enough to feed Africa for a year at least.

19. Dr. Fredrick Wertham is the evil little man who got Congress to believe that comic books cause juvenile delinquency. As a result, many comics were cancelled or censored, and companies went out of business. But then, any geek who knows their history knows that and would probably agree with my statement.

20. 3 EC titles: Tales From The Crypt, The Vault of Horror, and The Haunt of Fear. These just their most famous horror titles. They also did some sci-fi books, too, like Weird Science.

21. Wizard is the comic book geek's magazine. Having a subscription is tantamount to admitting it.

22.  "Snikt!" is the sound Wolverine's claws make when they come out, "Twip!" is the sound of Spider-man shooting a web, and "Bamf!" is the sound Nightcrawler makes when teleporting, but then you already knew that didn't you?

23. Arguing over who would win in a fight involves knowing and caring a lot about a particular character, something oh say a geek might do.

24. The artists who started Image Comics and their respective  comic books is something a geek would know: Todd McFarlene=Spawn, Jim Lee=Wildcats, Marc Silvestri=Cyber Force, and Rob Leifield=Youngblood.

25. 10 movies based on comic books is something even the not so comic-booky should be able to do, especially since it's getting more and more popular: X-men, Spider-man, The Rocketeer, Ghost World, Road to Perdition, Superman, Batman, The Hulk, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, From Hell, for example.
